Each class is one hour long and begins on the hour classes. Our 4 pm-5 pm class cater to families, kids, and beginners but all are welcome.

Bring the family and/or friends anytime we’re open. Our coaches are onsite to answer questions as well as get registered onsite. We have great family rates to make it easy for the entire family to get fit and learn together. You’ll learn basic boxing skills from our trained coaches. AGES seven and up are welcome.
